Our mission is to professionally and efficiently contribute to Human Resources Development.

OUR APPROACH

The consulting bases are the client's trumps that may be took over in the future activity. In order to meet the client's requests and to achieve the consultancy objectives, MINARDO's specialists will make a one day visit to the client's headquarter (this visit is free of charge) and will observe and gather the information needed for elaborating an offer that will meet the client's requests.

The implementation of each consulting program will be made by the involvement of the employees from the client company, MINARDO being the " outside player" that is not influenced by the client's "bad habits".

The consulting programs require a observing activity that will materialize in a set of recommendations (1 day per person free consulting) for the future activity of the client company.
